In retail environments, Interact connected lighting systems work with lighting controllers and gateways from industry leaders, including Dynalite from Signify, and industry-standard Ethernet network switches for the monitoring and control network. Interact software applications offer web-based system management, operations, and control.

Interact works with a wide range of multifunctional sensors. Additional energy savings can be achieved by applying occupancy sensing typically used in warehouses or back-of-house storage areas. Light sensors support daylight harvesting from skylights or large windows.

Interact offers a variety of tailored user interfaces which allow local manual scheduling override for store personnel who don’t have access to the Interact software dashboard.
